Our Year 6 pupils dissected a sheep’s heart to take a closer look at the different parts of a heart.
We were able to identify the left and right ventricles, atriums, aorta, aortic valve, Inferior vena cava, superior vena cava and the pulmonary veins so that we can identify and name the parts of a heart.
