An assembly was held yesterday to raise the awareness of emotional health and mental wellbeing. The children learnt how important it is to look after our mental health just like we look after our physical health. They were introduced to the importance of following the 5 ways of wellbeing which are; exercise, diet, sleep, spending time with friends and family, doing sports and hobbies, to help them cope with emotions.

This is our staff Wellbeing Team
At St Anne’s, we have our own Wellbeing Team, who aim to support the children in understanding their own wellbeing. In addition to this, they will ensure that Emotional Wellbeing is embedded within the school.
Throughout this academic year there will be various activities and opportunities for the children to develop coping strategies with the continuation of support from their school family.
