On Wednesday 28th June, St.Anne’s played host to St. Benet’s. Some Year 3 children came along to work with our Year 5 Sports Leaders, who have been working with Angela, from Keep Active. They have completed the Play makers Accredited Award Scheme.
They led the whole session which included Warm Up games, such as Traffic Lights, Goalies and games such as Football and Dodge Ball. The morning was lots of fun and it was lovely to work with the children from St. Benet’s. Thank you to Angela for the 6 weeks coaching she delivered. All the children thoroughly enjoyed the activities and learnt lots about being Sports Leaders. The teachers also learned a great deal too.
