Today, 3rd November, we had Ben and Naomi from from T4Y in our school talking to year 5 and year 6 about internet safety. They gave valuable tips on how to stay safe, and encouraged pupils to go home and share information with parents.
There is a website available to parents/carers who want to report anything they find on line that they deem as inappropriate content, this is the Internet Watch Foundation www.iwf.org.uk
Ben and Naomi stayed to train St. Anne's staff on the dangers our pupils face from the internet.
And a reminder that http://www.saferinternet.org.uk/ is a very useful website for advice to parents about keeping their children safer online.
