St. Anne's SATs OUTCOMES 2017

To meet government expectations, pupils in the Key Stages SATs testing should achieve 100 (the expected standard) or greater, in their scaled scores, as opposed to the old expected standards: for example level 4 at the end of Key Stage 2. The table below shows the percentages of St. Anne's children who did achieve 100 or more in their scaled scores, compared with children in schools nationally in 2016. National data for 2017 will be added when made available.

The DfE say that the scaled score percentages are not comparable to SATS testing before 2016  (eg achieving SATS Level 4 or Level 5) because of changes in the national curriculum and accountability framework.

St Anne’s would like to thank all of our Year 6 children for working so hard towards their 2017 SATs. Once again, our Year 6 have performed wonderfully and should all be very proud of their achievements. As a school, we compare favourably against the National Key Stage 2 Data: (Percentage of children in school achieving the expected level of progress.

Our Key Stage 1 children are also Stars! They have achieved well in their SATs too. Well done to everyone – we are very proud of you; you should be very proud of yourselves.

The DfE have produced School Performance Tables for schools in England for the years 2012 to 2016 and information for 2017 will be added later.  The DfE table shows that St. Anne's results are at least matching but usually consistently above the national results.
